Yoga Surf Diva Daytrip Includes:

  • Morning Yoga on the sand w/Kelly from Do U Yoga
  • 1-hour Surfing lesson with instructors
  • RT transport NYC/Long Branch including tolls, and gas

Beach Diva Daytrip Includes:

  • Morning yoga on the sand w/Kelly from Do U Yoga
  • Walk the beach, catch up on the latest, read your mags
  • RT transport NYC/Long Branch including tolls, and gas
  • Divalicious Gift Bag!

 

What to wear/bring:

  1. Swimsuit that will be comfortable when lying on your stomach and won't fall off in the water (optional: bring Rash Guard & Board Shorts)
  2. Yoga mat
  3. Stretchy comfortable clothes for yoga (tank top, shorts, long sleeved shirt)
  4. Beach towel
  5. Sunglasses, sunscreen, sunhat
  6. Magazines/books/music


Departure time: 7:30am

Return to city: 6:00pm*

Pickup/Dropoff Location: 34th & 8th (on 34th, NE corner)

*return time is approximate

Rain date: Sunday, August 17th (should we cancel due to rain, boooooooo!, then we'll try it again the next day
